I've been using CheckBook for a few years now and have enjoyed how user friendly it is. I recently had a computer crash and was able to easily get it re-installed (lol with my son's help). It's of good value complete with an awesome customer service help team. Thanks!

Been using checkbook since 2012. Powerful and easy to use, it is an amazing value. Consistently maintained by the developers.
Recently upgraded to version 3. Though there was an offer to do so at a 40% discount I ended up paying the full amount because it truly is worth every penny. Supporting independent software developers is critical and these folks are doing great work!

Checkbook was recommended to me by a family member years ago. I was reluctant at first because I had always used a written log to record my financial activity. Of course that written log was riddled with addition and subtraction mistakes, typos, and errors in general.
I am now a HUGE Checkbook fan and have been ever since I adopted it. I no longer deal with overdrafts, inconsistencies, addition and subtraction errors etc. I balance it against my online bank account every morning and if there is an issue it shows up immediately and can be corrected on the spot. No more having to walk back through pages of hand written entries checking for mistakes and omissions!
I would also add that the customer support is excellent. The few problems I have had have been of my own making and emailing Splasm got me a quick and easy explanation on how to fix the issue.

After being held hostage by Quicken for so many years, I found Checkbook and absolutely love it! Very simplae and straight forward to use. Highly recommend!
